These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jli3 platform and all services offered at jli3.vip. By registering an account or accessing any jli3 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active jli3 account at any time. The registration of duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jli3 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed without notice and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be confiscated pending review.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your jli3 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are prohibited from using a pseudonym, alias, or another person's personal details when registering. jli3 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any registration information at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jli3 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. jli3 will never contact you to request your password. Any unauthorised access to your account should be reported to jli3 support immediately via live chat. jli3 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
jli3 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. Accepted Philippine identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, GSIS ID, Land Transportation Office Driver's License, and valid Philippine passport. KYC verification is a one-time process per account. jli3 strongly recommends completing KYC immediately after registration to avoid delays when you are ready to withdraw funds.
jli3 accepts deposits via the following channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, InstaPay transfers, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the deposit interface at the time of transaction. jli3 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed in real time and credited to your jli3 wallet immediately upon successful payment authorisation. Bank transfer deposits are credited subject to the processing times of the originating bank. jli3 does not impose fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jli3 accepts no responsibility.
All jli3 account balances, transactions, and game wagers are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made via payment methods denominated in other currencies will be converted to Philippine Peso at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
You may not fund your jli3 account using funds from a source other than a bank account, e-wallet, or payment card registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, pre-paid cards with no registered holder, or unverified payment sources are prohibited. jli3 reserves the right to return deposits from non-compliant payment sources without processing them into your account balance.
Withdrawal requests will be processed only from accounts that have completed KYC verification and whose account balance consists of verified real-money funds. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the withdrawal interface.
Withdrawal requests from fully verified jli3 accounts are typically processed within approximately 30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya cashouts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the processing schedules of the receiving bank and may take one to three business days. These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed — processing may be delayed by verification requirements, technical issues, or regulatory review obligations.
Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Where the original deposit method does not support reverse transactions, jli3 will use an alternative verified Philippine payment method registered to your account.
jli3 applies minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per time period. Current limits are displayed in the account withdrawal section. VIP tier holders may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits under the jli3 VIP Programme terms.
jli3 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — you must wager the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount, as specified in each promotion) a defined number of times before any Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
Wagering requirements, eligible game categories, game contribution percentages, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts arising from Bonus Funds are specified in the individual terms of each promotion, accessible through the Promotions section of your account. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games, for example, may contribute at a different rate than slot games.
jli3 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where the Operator determines — in its reasonable discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players, or misrepresenting eligibility for a promotional offer.
jli3 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a Player has an active bonus balance subject to ongoing wagering requirements at the time of a promotion change, jli3 will endeavour to honour the terms under which that bonus was originally claimed where operationally feasible.
All software-based games on the jli3 Platform — including slots, RNG table games, and RNG card games — operate on independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). RNG certification is a condition of jli3's PAGCOR licence. RTP (Return to Player) percentages and game volatility information are available in each game's information panel.
Live dealer games on the jli3 Platform are streamed from regulated studio environments. The physical game elements — cards, roulette wheels, dice, and other equipment — are subject to studio-level regulatory oversight. Results from live dealer games are final and determined in real time during the live session.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects game outcome integrity, jli3 reserves the right to void affected game rounds. No claims shall arise from technical malfunctions beyond the recovery of the original stake placed on the voided round. jli3 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and credit appropriate recoveries to account balances.
jli3 is not responsible for player disconnections resulting from the Player's internet connection, device, or mobile network. It is the Player's responsibility to maintain a stable connection during play. Where a bet has been placed and a disconnection occurs before the game outcome is determined, the game will complete according to its programmed rules and the result will be applied to the player's account when connectivity is restored.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jli3 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:
jli3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion with or without prior notice, including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, KYC verification failure, account inactivity beyond a defined period, or regulatory instruction from PAGCOR.
Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, jli3 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where closure results from circumstances unrelated to Player breach — such as regulatory withdrawal of jli3's licence in a specific jurisdiction — jli3 will use reasonable endeavours to return verified real-money balances to the Player via their registered payment method.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting jli3 support via live chat or email. Upon closure request, jli3 will process any eligible remaining real-money balance to the Player's verified payment method after completion of any applicable KYC review. Accounts closed at a Player's request may be re-opened subject to jli3's discretion and the Player's confirmation of continued eligibility.
jli3 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools within every account: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); session time limits and session reminders; reality check notifications; temporary cooling-off periods; and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence is automatically revoked upon account suspension or closure.
jli3 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect Platform availability. jli3 shall not be liable for any loss — including loss of game session opportunity or potential winnings — arising from Platform unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jli3's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game outcome shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim, excluding any bonus funds received during that period.
jli3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss — including loss of profits, opportunity cost, or non-financial losses — arising from use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether jli3 was advised of the possibility of such losses.
jli3's collection, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the jli3 Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge the jli3 Privacy Policy. jli3 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable National Privacy Commission guidelines.
jli3 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following notification of a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current effective version of these Terms is always available at jli3.vip/terms-conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and the Data Privacy Act, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and jli3 arising from these Terms or any aspect of Platform use, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through jli3's internal complaint process, initiated by contacting jli3 support via live chat or email. If the dispute is not resolved through internal channels within a reasonable period, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's online gaming dispute resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable procedures.
These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict arising from translation of these Terms into another language, the English language version shall prevail.
